Request Data Deletion and Manage Your Personal Information in the iSelfie Test App

Modifying your personal information and choosing the details you wish to share with us is a simple and straightforward process. Our user-friendly interface allows you to effortlessly update and customize your personal preferences, ensuring that you have full control over the information you provide to us.

Update Personal Info

  • Log in to the app using your credentials

  • Tap on your avatar

  • Go to My Account

  • Tap on the pencil button to edit your personal information

Update Privacy Settings

  • Log in to the app using your credentials

  • Tap on your avatar

  • Go to Privacy Settings

  • Select your stance on each privacy item by tapping to agree or disagree (it's important to note that if you disagree with our privacy policy, you will no longer be able to use our services)

Delete Your Account

  • Log in to the app using your credentials

  • Tap on your avatar

  • Go to My Account

  • Tap on the Delete Account button

  • This action is permanent and will result in the removal of all your personal information and test results (the only exception is if you have consented to donating your images for future medical research; in such cases, we will retain your test results and images while ensuring anonymity)

Retention Policy

​We retain your personal information for a period of 24 months after your last usage of the service, unless you request deletion before that time. If you decide to use the service again after this period, you will be required to register anew.

In the event that you choose to participate in contributing to future medical research, we keep your test images and results for a duration of 5 years. At any point, you have the option to request the deletion of these images by emailing us at privacy@aiztechlabs.com.
